"I purchased a new 2004 Vulcan 800A from Performance Cycle after going to all of the dealerships which were local to me. I was extremely impressed by the product knowledge and friendly attitude of Sharon. My bike had to be brought in from another state, and while waiting for its arrival, Sharon and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful to me while I chose my accessories. The bike was delivered on time and exactly to my specs. The service after the sale has been exceptional, as I have had the bike in for all of its scheduled service as well as one minor repair. The parts and service departments are top notch. In short, this will be my dealership for many years to come."

"Purchased three bikes from Sharon in 1998 and have bought 4 bikes from her since then, the most recent a 900 Vulcan just 3 weeks ago.I have been to other dealers in the past and REFUSE to go anywhere else now! Sharon will bend over backwards to do whatever she can to make the customer happy. She is so easy to deal with that it makes other dealers look like a joke. She once stored a bike that I had purchased for my kid for 6 months until Christmas, free of charge. I have also had outstanding service from all of my bikes, and we ride them hard! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone not wanting to get jerked around by pushy salespeople."

"Our love affair with Performance Cycle and it's wonderful staff began back in 2005 with the purchase of two Polaris ATV's. When I decided it was time for hubby to have a special birthday present in March of that year, Sharon and the team at PCI pulled off the surprise without a hitch. We purchased a V-Star1100 and hit the road! On Nov. 14 th of 2007 our Star took a terrible tunmble amd my husband sustained a broken neck. I was wracked with worry over all the things that have to be done at a time like this. Sharon and the rest of the devoted team at PCI stepped right in and took all the bike and insurance paperwork worry off our hands. These people have taken the time to get to know us amd we are proud to call them our friends. Their concern and encouragement has been overwhelming. We purchased a new bike on Dec. 15th, and true to form, hubby road his new bike home;neck brace and helmet. Once again, Sharon and the team built and presented us with a dream come true. Lee and I attended the Yamaha Party #2, Dec. 15th and a good time with food, music,and fun was had by all. Just today I was notified I had won the $250 chopping spree so many had registered for! Lee and I want to thank Sharon and all the rest of the Performance Cycle team for helping us through a difficult time and for building the bike of our dreams. "Dear Sharon, We have dealt with numerous motorcycle dealerships during the last 7 years we have been in the US. None of which, until now, have met with our expectations which are honed on the generally excellent standard of UK dealerships. Your dealership has knowledgeable and interested staff who are both courteous and friendly. You have what money cannot buy and that is staff who are there because they want to be and not because it is just a job. (You included of course) Other dealerships in SC take note - there is a reason we bought from Greenwood and not down the road in Columbia and it was nothing to do with the 'deal' it was the people! The product can only sell itself to a point the people have to do the sale.
